There are no charges for rejected articles, submission fees, or surcharges based on the length of an article, figures, or supplementary data. If a paper is accepted for publication, national authors are required to pay an article publication fee to cover publication costs. International authors are also required to pay an article publication fee to cover these costs, ensuring that the review, editorial decision, and author notification occur within 4 to 8 weeks. All these fees will cover the administrative, editorial, and viewer costs.
